Welcome to Gamma Draconis, the silver star dragon.

As you read and listen to the 10-minute story meditation, simply get your child to breathe in and out throughout the meditation, but when they breathe out ask them to imagine they are blowing out silver breath, this will calm and relax your child, and prepare them for a better sleep.

Introducing Gamma Draconis, he is the silver star dragon, from the Draco star constellation. And in this imaginative story meditation, Gamma Draconis, takes your child on an imaginative magical journey, to the silver star forest with his friend Bella the cat.

We travel down to the Draco star constellation where Gamma lives on his star with his family and Bella, the cat. We visit the huge tree where Gamma lives and his friends Iota and Nu, the owls, who also come to meet your child.

We take your child on a meditation story, to help them use their imagination, to create a safe space for their brain to process emotions and stress dump, and fully embrace everything their imagination allows them to.

With each meditation we use breathing techniques and ask your child to imagine they must blow out silver breath, so Gamma will come down from his star. The breathing and imagination give them the strength and skill to overcome their uncomfortable emotions in life, as the breathing and imagination switches on the Vagus nerve.

Each dragon is a special dragon for your child, brought down from the stars to help them sleep peacefully and free from nightmares. The trick of the meditation story is to use the breathing techniques given throughout the 10 min story, and with Gamma Draconis we use silver breathing.

The breathing technique empties your child’s brain of adrenalin and refills it full of oxygen, so your child will become calm, relaxed and more confident, whilst enjoying an amazing imaginative meditation story.
